A traditional cuisine, made with fresh, seasonal products from local producers in Val de Saire, Cotentin, and Normandy. Starters, Main Courses, Desserts are all homemade.
We make all our own sauces and pastries. We grow some vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers on our estate, although our Val de Saire market gardeners also supply us with plenty of their products.
